They all hold higher education qualifications (university degrees in economics, registered nurse, anaesthetic technicians, occupational therapist, etc.), some of them also have a PhD degree. They regularly visit key customers and are responsible for devising a strategy to meet the needs of customers with a certain range of products while ensuring constant growth. Our great advantage is our excellent customer service with 12 sales specialists who are fully dedicated to customers and are in daily contact with them. We meet the requirements and follow the specifics of each customer. We are an exclusive partner of many premium foreign and Slovenian producers in various health sectors. We cooperate with major global manufacturers such as Ecolab, 3M, Primed, Indas, PDI, Wipak, Halyard, Mavig, Linet, Paxman, Novo Klinik, Lohmann & Raucsher, Essety, Herdegen, Schmitz, etc. Our customers are the Institute of Oncology, university clinics, general hospitals & clinics, private clinics, nursing homes, health centres, pharmacies, the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia, as well as other medium-sized health organisations. We manage important customers through the KAM system. Customer activities are monitored in the CRM system. We have extremely good relations with our customers. In years of excellent cooperation, we have built mutual trust.
